Great car park with great rates. Thank you.

Parked on the weekend as i always do but the credit card payment in the office is always out of order. The staff is very rude and only demands cash payment. During the week the staff are very helpful. I find the car park it self safe and convenient.

Attendant last night Saturday Sept 2nd was rude and once again always says the credit card is out of order, However during the week its always working. I never have a issue during the week. Car Park itself is convenient and perfect to use when going to the city.

The customer service is appalling - rude and begrudging. Eg asking for a receipt. However the place seems secure and is convenient to where I work.

Great Car Park - reasonably priced for all day parking. I always find a spot and its very secure as i have seen security walking around.

Great location and price, though this last Sunday I was not at all impressed with the attitude of the gentlemen maning the car park. A bully and extremely rude, he expected me to head back out in the pouring rain to get cash as his machine was broken, sorry not my problem and I didn't believe his bullying tactic of trying to say my car park fee would come out of his pocket.

Im impressed how good this carpark really is. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Prices are more then fair. Big Thumbs up and you cant beat the weekend rates.

Great prices this close to the city, it takes me a single tram and im in the city. Customer Service is fantastic, but more importantly i know my car is safe left in this carpark all day.

The short fat dude is blatantly racist. I park here often and I have always noticed that he does the whole greetings/smiling with anyone of Caucasian origins, however anyone else he has pursed lips and is flat out rude to. It is heartbreaking to watch him interact very unsociably with other customers and then having that friendly attitude with me. Absolutely disgusting that you would hire someone like this, especially for a carpark frequented by university kids. Shame on you.

Poor service, my credit cards don't always work.. You must see the attendant for student rates. Good location though.

Terrible customer service. Forced twice to pay full rate because nobody was there to make the student discount. When I asked a number to make a complaint they refused to give me any!

Convenient carpark as it's located at the heart of Carlton and very close to Lygon St. But closes at 11 PM on a Friday :( If you want to have student/staff rates you must see the attended. If he/she is absent you will be forced to pay the full price.
