A mostly excellent parking lot. Quiet, safe. Docked one star off convenience as there are two unusual features of this carpark: mandatory front-to-curb parking (which most people seem to disregard); and the fact that there are no stairs to exit the carpark! You'll need to take the lift to the ground floor (note: this is where the payment machines are located).

I dont usually do reviews and especially about bad services but i felt i needed to for this car park. COMPLAINT As a student the service was given terribly by the ticket master/security guard. Asked for help with the student fee, just pointed at the piece of paper on wall and said "find it yourself". Talks complete bullshit and says how ridiculous it was that i didnt know of the changes when i said i wasn't aware of this for a month. (this was the 2nd time in 2months i have went to this car park. Last time i just had to show my carpark ticket and have it scanned so i'd ONLY pay 17$). Since this guy wouldnt scan the ticket, i had to go back to the uni building 5 and the centre wasnt open. so i went back to tell this guy and he still refuses to help me do the student fee, so all up i had to pay 34$. Convenience: pretty low for a student because you have to go back to the uni to fix up the carpark ticket, if that wasnt open you'd pay full price. BUT on the plus side close to uni and market city. Cost: studen

A great deal of information regarding on-street parking in Sydney is available here.

Loading Zones

Many parking spots within the CBD act as loading zones throughout working hours. Some cars used by people in these loading zones are just regular consumer vehicles so it's very easy to see other cars parked somewhere and misread signs, resulting in a loading zone infringement ticket.

Tow Away Zones

Vehicles illegally parked within this area of the CBD are much more likely to be towed away (compared to receiving a parking infringement fine).

Recent Changes

To keep the city centre moving during changes to the bus network from Sunday 4 October 2015 and light rail construction, Roads and Maritime Services and Transport for NSW have introduced several changes to parking restrictions and tow-away zones. More information regarding this can be found here.
