Westfield Miranda

Took my MIL on her bday to see a movie, have lunch & let her do a bit of shopping. I have the app so figured I had 4 hours parking plus and extra for the movie. We left after about 4.5 hrs and charged me $12. I found out since you only get the extra hour once (either app or movie) and if you just over the 'free' 4 hours then rather than just being charged $4 for the first hour over you get charged the whole time you were there which was $12 for me that day. I understand the need to deter people from parking all day but when you want to have a nice time and actually use the facilities in Miranda Westfield you have to pay extra when we spent a significant amount supporting the businesses there as we never left the centre!

Poorly designed, bad access for in/out entrances. Over priced and can never find a free spot

I always get overcharged I don’t trust this system from now on I’m taking a picture at the entrance screen just to have a proof of this scums
